Here are some of the questions we frequently get asked. This will give you a better understanding of how we can help you print your perfect card.

How can I place an order?

1) Send us an email info@sportncards.com with your requirements (how many cards, any additional options you would like such as barcode, sequential numbering, RFID chip, etc...)

2) We will then come back to you with a detailed quote

3) Once the quote has been accepted, we then collect your artwork for production to begin

4) Our suppliers will prepare your digital mock-up and we will send it to you for approval

5) Once the mock-up has been approved, production begins

6) The cards when printed will be sent out via courier to your address

What is the minimum quantity order?

Orders can start from 100 units

I don't have artwork can Sportncards design it for me?

Our graphic designer can be utilized for creating the artwork file. If this service is requested, we will send you an email asking what you would like to add to the card, and then create your file for you. Charges will be applied to the final price and will have been agreed upon prior to any start of a file.

Which customer groups need cards?

The most common categories that use plastic cards are as followed:

Can I add special options to my cards?

You can make your card unique and stand out from the rest by adding on special options. These include the following:

• Bar Code

• Magnetic Stripe

• Signature Panel

• Special Code / Numbering

• Embossed Numbering or Letters

How many days for production?

From the moment you approve the digital mock-up, production of the cards begin. On average we take up to 5 working days to print and then 2-3 days for transit depending on destination.

I think I have made a mistake, can I change my order after approving the digital mock-up?

Once mass production has begun, SPORTNCARDS can’t amend anything, nor cancel the order. The client assumes full responsibility for the artwork, just like any online printing job. Once the cards have been printed and there is any mistake from our side, we will assume full responsibility for it and get the right order to you.

How do I pay for my cards?

On the initial quote, you will find all the bank details to make payment for the cards. You can pay via bank transfer to our account. Production of the cards will not commence until full payment has been received.
